- Account Details: If you sign in with Google, we receive your display name and email address β nothing more.
- Behavioural Data: Anonymous, aggregated statistics such as pages visited, features used, and session duration help us improve the planner. No individual browsing profile is created.
- Cookies & Local Storage: Small data files store your language preference, dietary filters, and login session so you don't have to re-enter them on every visit.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Operating and maintaining the planner, including saving your plans and favourites.
- Tailoring meal suggestions to the dietary filters and preferences you set.
- Sending transactional emails you explicitly request (e.g., emailing a plan to yourself).
3. Advertising (Google AdSense)
Advertisements displayed on this site are served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to show ads relevant to your browsing history. 4. Analytics (Google Analytics)
We run Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled to gather aggregate usage patterns β such as which pages are visited most and average session length. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google. You can block analytics collection entirely via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
5. Other Third-Party Services
Authentication and database storage are handled by Supabase (SOC 2-compliant). Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Both services process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third party.
6. Data Security
We employ industry-standard security practices β encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls β to protect the data we hold. While no system is entirely immune to risk, we continuously review and strengthen our safeguards.

2. Food Allergies & Intolerances
- Our allergen filters remove recipes that list specific allergens as ingredients. They do not account for trace contamination during commercial manufacturing.
- Product formulations, supplier sources, and production lines can change at any time without public notice.
- Read the label on every product you purchase β every single time β regardless of past experience with that item.
- Safe food handling in your own kitchen, including preventing cross-contamination between allergen-free and allergen-containing foods, remains your responsibility.
3. Accuracy of Information
- Nutritional estimates are derived from the Australian Food Composition Database (FSANZ) and reflect standard serve sizes. They are approximations, not clinical measurements.
- Supermarket pricing is sourced from Woolworths and Coles and may fluctuate due to promotions, regional differences, or stock changes without prior notice.
